So as many of you know by now, there's a new Flash tv show on the CW (if you're not watching it, WATCH IT!!!!!!!) and it's been pretty awesome and influencial on me.

It was to the point, where I decided to make a new character, who wasn't exactly on my wip list to begin with, and that's Eobard Thawne, the Reverse Flash, arch rival of Barry Allen, the second Flash.

Well, the Poll seemed to favor to pursue this WIP, so that's what I'm going to do.

Level 1 Hyper: Reverse Hurucane, Thawne wips up a tornaro, drawing in all kinds of debrie from outside like cars, rocks, ect. something funny.
Level 1 Hyper: Future tech bombs- Reverse Flash will dash through opponents, making them spin, incapacitating them, while activating small bombs attatched to opponent(s) [Flashpoint Paradox Reverence]
Leve 2 Hyper:Something I learned from Zoom-Reminicent of Flash:Rebirth, he's inspired by Hunter Zolomon, to preform his signiture attack, a sonic boom by snapping his fingers.
Level 2 Hyper:Terminal Velocity-Reverse Flash takes his Duel Bladed Lightning staff (From Flash:Rebirth) and slice opponents left to right, at super speed.
Level 3 Hyper:Swift Hand of Death-Reverse Flash will grab his opponent, vibrate his left hand at super Speed, and plunge it into the opponents chest (his signiture move).
Level 3 Hyper: Speedforce Fury-Thawne make an attack similiar to jsa flash, first with one attack from speed punches special, then runs off stage to go and do stab special, then jump in air to pound ground and lightning strikes.

Specials:
1.Speed Dodge
2.Super Speed Punches
3.Speedforce Shock Wave (similar to ground pound but generates all over floor electricity).
4.Fast Impalement (strikes repeatedly fast with lightning staff).

Figured after I'm finished with him, he could be the final boss for the Flash Project.

Negative Speedforce Fury

I'm still working on aesthetics for certain things and whatnot.

Char should be done before the end of may, but don't quote me. I've been moving the deadline since December.

Really looking forward to playing with Zoom. I like how you said in the description that you keep moving the deadline of release LoL. I've learned the hard way that it's unwise to announce when a WIP will be ready.

Almost done, only thing left is the speedforce fury hyper.

Will probably be done before June, actually.
